I led the creative direction and execution of a social media campaign for The Refill Stop, a local zero-waste retail store committed to sustainability and low-waste living. The campaign focused on increasing brand awareness, educating the audience about sustainable product swaps, and building a sense of community among eco-conscious consumers.
Using Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and interactive Stories, I showcased behind-the-scenes content, customer testimonials, and product highlights. I also incorporated ASMR-style visuals and series formats like “Eco Swap of the Month” to increase engagement and maintain a consistent posting rhythm.
This campaign strengthened The Refill Stop’s online presence and brand personality while reinforcing its mission to make low-waste living more accessible and approachable. It was an opportunity to blend education, creativity, and data-driven content planning in a way that connected with the audience authentically.
